Section 13
Deemed to be participating in a social security scheme

(1) Contributors who have contributed to the social security scheme will be deemed to have participated in the social security scheme operated by the fund from the day of their registration in the fund.
(2) Contributors who participate in the social security scheme according to sub-section (1) and their dependent families on the specified basis will receive the benefits according to the social security scheme.
